Summer Associate Programs Canceled At Firms That Needed To Delay Merger Due To COVID-19 Outbreak

Both firms have extended full-time job offers to the affected law students who would have spent their summers at the firms, offering “financial assistance” to them as well. The merger between Pepper Hamilton and Troutman Sanders is being postponed until July 1, 2020, due to the coronavirus.
